|
A family owned business, CALD Enterprises service both the Northland and Auckland regions and specialise in fixed and mobile plant preventative maintenance with expertise in concrete plants.
Permanent part time and full time opportunities available in Auckland for:- Mechanical / Maintenance Fitters
- Engineer Fitters / Welders
- Boilermakers
Working closely with the Auckland Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:- Conducting both planned preventative and reactive maintenance on industrial plants around the Auckland region
- Ensuring the quality and timeliness of work is in line with CALD Enterprises Limited's service standard
- Assist with ensuring work undertaken is accurately recorded and disseminated to the required people (mainly using a phone or tablet)
- Liaise with clients and ensure the good reputation of CALD is upheld
Required skills and experience:- Fixed and mobile plant maintenance and diagnostics
- Experience working on industrial sites
- Demonstrated competencies amongst the following disciplines: pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanical fastenings, bearing and conveyor systems
Welding experience and Safety Tickets (i.e working at heights, confined spaces, permit receivers) will be advantageous but not essential.
Our successful applicants will have:- High standard of presentation and pride in work
- Intermediate computer skills
- Current drivers licence, ability to begin work at different sites in Auckland
- A good level of physical fitness
You must be available to work weekends and public holidays. Please also note, this is essential work so shifts will not be cancelled due to shut downs.
