    We are currently seeking an Administrator with a 'can-do' attitude to provide exceptional support to Team Anton, the No. 1 Ray White Real Estate Sales team in New Zealand and Internationally.

    This role would suit a local person who is looking to work in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same.

    Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years administration experience, as well as the ability to use initiative, work proactively and strive for excellence in all areas of work.

    To succeed in this role you will need:
    • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • The ability to learn quickly and work well under pressure
    • Adaptability and the ability to prioritise workload and problem-solve
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • The ability to work effectively within a team environment
    • Flexible with hours when required
    • An eye for detail with a high level of accuracy
    Previous experience working in the Real Estate industry would be an advantage but is not essential.

    This is a full time role working 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
