Booth's Transport Ltd is a diverse logistics company, who are a professional, family-owned and operated company, operating HPMV services throughout New Zealand. We have a great team and thrive on the dynamic nature of the industry. We take pride in delivering excellent service to our customers, whilst striving to maintain a professional representation within the transport industry.
We currently have a fulltime position available for a qualified, experienced Class 1 driver based in our Wiri depot. You will be starting work at 6am and using your forklift experience to load linehaul and local trucks at our customer's premises. Then in the afternoon you will be asked to complete deliveries around the Auckland region.
We are looking for someone with a "Can do. Will do" attitude and because our company is rapidly growing, there are potentially other opportunities within the business for the right person.
If you have the following, Booth's would like to hear from you:- Class 1 licence
- Forklift and OSH licence - essential
- Experienced forklift operator
- Team player and able to assist where needed
- Good communicator and customer focused
- Strong and reliable work ethic
Hours are 6am to 6pm with additional hours when required, including some Saturdays on occasion
We will provide you with:- Initial and ongoing training
- Opportunity to progress within the company
All applicants are required to undergo and pass pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening and will need to have NZ/Australian residency, or a valid NZ work visa.
