  • Elephant Hill Winery is a family-owned boutique producer of premium wine situated on the Te Awanga coast in the beautiful Hawke's Bay. We are focused and committed to producing high quality wines through all aspects of our vineyard and winemaking process.

    Our Sales Support and Logistics Coordinator is a critical role within the business holding ownership for processing all sales orders, export documentation, coordinating logistics and managing our inventory to a high level of accuracy.

    Reporting to the GM Sales & Marketing and working closely with our Finance Manager, we are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills to form relationships with our distribution partners and suppliers, building up goodwill and representing the Elephant Hill Brand with pride.

    Key responsibilities:
    • Manage the processing of all domestic and export sales orders, including the required shipping, MPI and WECS documentation.
    • Liaising with the Winemaker and Sales team to plan and schedule upcoming bottlings.
    • Procurement of wine labels and packaging, ensuring an excellent understanding of NZ and international wine labelling guidelines.
    • Liaising with our distribution partners, freight forwarders and suppliers.
    • Work with Sales to manage the allocation of products, keeping this updated to reflect product availability.
    • Arrange for rework of stock items to meet market demand.
    • Inventory management and data entry, including monthly reconciliation and analysis of stock movement.
    To be successful in this role, you will ideally have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the beverage industry. You will be self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail. You will take ownership of this role, be proactive and flexible. Passion for the NZ wine industry is important, as are excellent organisational and communication skills.

    Remuneration will be based on experience.
