  • Due to company growth, Diverse Engineering are looking to employ an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in the port area of Sunny Nelson.

    Our successful applicant will have:
    • Experience in a similar office role
    • Invoicing / Accounts Receivable experience
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
    • Good communication skills
    • Strong time management and organisational skills
    • Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
    We use MYOB ADVANCED and experience using this software package will certainly be an advantage but not essential.

    Duties will include:
    • Invoicing / Accounts Receivable
    • Data entry
    • Entering timesheets for permanent and contract staff
    • General administration duties
    This is a full time position, remuneration will be based on experience.
