We are seeking a full time Assistant Property Manager to do property showings, vet enquiries and process applications with opportunity to grow into a full time Property Manager role. This work skill also support business development activities.
The role provides plenty of variety and challenges and your contribution will be encouraged and welcome. We are looking for maturity and positivity, and someone that has passion and wants to succeed in the property industry. The successful applicant will need to possess the following skills and attributes:- A confident and personable nature with excellent customer service skills, and an ability to communicate with a very diverse range of people
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple tasks and priorities
- Understanding of tenancy law
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- A high level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity
- Pro-active, results driven, and a strong team player
- Initiative and problem-solving capability
- Personal resilience, and a good sense of humour
- Computer literacy and solid knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Curiosity and an ability to pick tasks up quickly
- A current clean full driver's license
