This role encompasses a number of processes centred on data analysis. Reporting via our company ERP system and analysing data via MS Excel is a core component of this role.
You will be responsible for a number of tasks including but not limited to:
Data administration and processing tasks
A variety of data mapping and reporting routines
Analytical tasks, requiring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Sales analysis and reporting
Product cost updates and maintenance
Contract price maintenance and analysis
Reporting on key sale reps performance metrics
Web content maintenance and management
General database maintenance and process improvement
Key Attributes required for this role:
Working knowledge of Excel, including the use of functions and pivot tables
Proven ability to learn new software
Microsoft suite proficiency; Outlook, Word, OneNote
Accountancy and finance basics
Professional communication style
Ability to prioritise tasks and complete efficiently and accurately
Experience with business intelligence software is desirable
This role works as part of the larger data team and liaises with all levels of the wider business. The position requires high-level communication skills to ensure all parties understand outcomes and work together to deliver agreed outcomes.
