We're looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead us through our kitchen renovation & reinvigoration of our product.
You must be able to see past the current scope of our kitchen and have vision and excitement in planning what we can bring with a brand new kitchen in the works at the end of May.
Must have experience in:
Menu development (both cabinet food and a la carte menus)
Food costings & managing budgets
Leadership (have experience leading and motivating a team)
Staff training & development
Management of food control plan and strong food hygiene & safety practices.
