We are seeking a professional, personable and energetic Personal Assistant to join the Ray White Metro - Church Corner team.
You will be responsible for providing support to one of our successful sales teams and ensuring they are up to speed, by providing ongoing administration and business support.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
Creating Vendor reports
Online market research
We're looking for a driven and motivated individual, with strong administration skills.
You will need to be able to demonstrate:
Strong technology and computer skills including with Microsoft Office and social media
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Outstanding attention to detail
A friendly, helpful and enthusiastic attitude with a personable phone manner
The ability to take initiative and think outside the box
Excellent written & spoken English
A bubbly personality with a sense of humour!
Previous experience in the Real Estate industry is an advantage but is not essential.
