We are on the hunt for an Auckland-based skilled and passionate Accounts Receivable person.
You will need strong Accounts Receivable experience, as AR will be the key focus of your role. However, you will also need good understanding of financial accounting processes and principles as there is opportunity for advancement within the organisation.
This is a busy and varied role. Your responsibilities initially will include:
Accounts Receivable - for all aspects of the organisation, as there are 5 differing accounts receivable categories which all require differing skills
Assisting with Month End
Back up Accounts payable
Ad hoc projects and tasks
You will be working in a deadline-driven environment, so you will need to be self-driven; have a high level of accuracy; be able to track discrepancies; have strong time management and have the ability to meet deadlines in advance.
You must have had a minimum of 3 years' experience in an Accounts Receivable role. A relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous but not essential for the right candidate with the relevant experience.
Previous experience in the motor vehicle industry is preferred but not essential.
An excellent level of written and verbal communication is essential.
You will need a good knowledge of MS365 applications in particular Excel.
Knowledge and experience is UNITS systems would be a significant advantage.
Most important is your strong learning agility, work ethic and attitude.
