Look Floors is an established building and flooring industry supplier, celebrating over 20 years of business success. With 10 branches New Zealand wide, we have an enviable reputation for technical knowledge, great customer service/support and an innovative product mix.
We are looking for someone to take ownership of our flagship store in Penrose.
You will be responsible for:
Face to face customer sales
Dealing with phone queries and orders
Providing support to the on-road sales team
Dealing with account queries and credit control
Maintaining relationships and instore sales volumes
Calling and following up with customers to maintain relationships
We are looking for a self-starter with great communication and interpersonal skills who enjoys working with trade customers and has excellent attention to detail.
You will need to bring to the table a willingness to learn, a positive attitude and an ability to roll your sleeves up and do a bit of heavy lifting. A technical aptitude is essential to tackling our vast range of products.

Great time management skills
Good computer skills (ability to learn inhouse packages quickly)
Forklift licence (ideal but not essential)
