  • We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to support our IT Manager in providing the Booth's Transport Ltd teams with outstanding service within the IT and data space.

    Booth's Transport Ltd is a diverse logistics company, who are a professional, family-owned and operated company, managing HPMV services throughout New Zealand.  We have a great team and thrive on the dynamic nature of the industry.  We take pride in delivering excellent service to our customers, whilst striving to maintain a professional representation within the transport industry.

    Some of what will be expected of you is as follows:
    • Manage the IT asset website, ensuring information is entered and updated in a timely manner
    • Responsible for the IT helpdesk support site. Assigning jobs to the appropriate people and updating the documentation
    • Desktop support for all BTL staff, including PCs, Laptops, cell phones and tablets
    • Create and update customer information, ensuring data accuracy
    • Ensure data integrity and accuracy for all applications
    • Document changes to EDI and any other systems
    • Responsible for data integrity
    • Develop and design reports
    • Document system interface requirements
    Our people are critical for our success, therefore, we expect you will have the following:
    • Full, C1 licence
    • A minimum of 1+ years helpdesk/service desk experience
    • Advanced use of MS Excel (Including VBA, Macros and formulas)
    • Advanced use of MS Word
    • Basic networking skills / understanding
    • MS Administration experience particularly around Active Directory and users
    • SQL and general database skills
    • Power BI experience
    • Sharepoint experience
    You will be highly adaptable and flexible, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to your internal customers. You will be detail-focussed, analytical with a 'priority' approach to problem-solving, while demonstrating strong communication and influencing skills at all levels. In addition, you need to enjoy working within a team environment with a down to earth and enthusiastic attitude.

    This is a full time opportunity working 8am to 5pm, with some flexibility needed due to the nature of the business.
