    About the role

    We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Administrator for our division in Lower Hutt. We are in an exciting growth phase where you will benefit from the leadership of a manager who has a clear vision for the future. We have a culture of sharing ideas and growing and developing individuals within the team. You will play a crucial role in the delivery of a wide range of administration activities including but not limited to:
    • Secretarial Support to Body Corporate Managers including but not limited to, Meeting Prep and Minute taking
    • Preparation and checking financial reports
    • Accounts Receivable - receipting of deposits
    • Bank Reconciliation
    • Accounts Payable - processing of invoices and reconciliation of creditor accounts
    • Reconciliation of internal charges
    • Monthly invoicing of fixed charges
    • Filing
    This is a busy, yet highly rewarding role.

    About you

    Our ideal candidate will have proven administration experience with a passion for excellence and providing exceptional customer service. To be successful in this role, you will be an administrator with a Secretarial / Personal assistant experience, with the ability to attend after hour meetings and in some instances chair and minute the meetings. You will also have an interest/ experience in accounts payable and be comfortable working with numbers. You will be someone who enjoys team interaction and working collaboratively with others.
