Pacific Helmets specialises in manufacturing and exporting a variety of safety helmet products within domestic and international markets.
We're looking for someone to join our busy team to provide day to day Accounts Payable assistance within the accounts department. Our ideal candidate will be someone that is looking to make an impact in an established and busy environment.
This is a busy role within a supportive environment and the successful applicant will be someone that has good attention to detail, is a competent multitasker and can challenge our existing operating methods and procedures to ensure efficiencies across the business.
The core duties of this role include:
Processing creditor invoices and reconciling creditor statements
Coding invoices in line with company policy
Producing and distributing departmental reports and documents
Data entry of production information
You'll be someone who:
Has strong attention to detail
Has great verbal and written communication skills
Can organise, multi-task and prioritise
Maintains a high standard of discipline
Can cope in a busy fast paced environment
Has a high level of competence with the Microsoft Office Suite.
