Residential and Commercial Managements

We require a competent Property Manager to join our busy team.

Applicants should be positive, able to deal with multiple tasks at the same time, have a good understanding of English, be punctual and able to deal with tenants and owners in a polite manner.

Experience with Commercial Management, Body Corporates and Leasing would be a big advantage, though not essential.

Ideally you will have a good secure background of property and business experience and able to demonstrate a strong work ethic, ambition and self-belief. Familiarity with Palace software an advantage. A current real estate salespersons certificate is preferred but not essential.
