The Ford Store, by North Harbour Ford, is looking for a dynamic, customer focused, process ninja to join New Zealand's premier Ford Guest Experience Sales Centre.
This is a newly developed role titled Concierge Superstar. The role will suit someone with an administrative background looking to broaden their skill set and knowledge in the customer service and sales space.
By joining the team at the Ford Store you'll be joining an Award winning team who currently hold the Ford Presidents Award for Excellence, 2 years running.
The role is based at the heart of the store, meeting and greeting our guests as they visit our New Vehicle Sales site. You will also manage our virtual showroom, fielding online leads and CRO (our internal call centre) referrals to maximise sales opportunity and deliver our signature Ford Store customer service. Beyond this you will work with Departmental Managers on stock requests, Fleet administration, stock control and inventory management.
