The Ray White Eastern Group are seeking a switched on and enthusiastic Administrator with accounts experience to join our busy rental department in Howick. Property Management/Rentals Administration experience preferable but not essential. Previous experience using the Property Management software package Palace Liquid, together with trust accounting experience is preferred.
This is a part time role working 8.30am-5.00pm Thursday and Friday. The ability to work Monday-Wednesday to cover leave or work overflow would be an advantage.
This position plays a critical role in the day to day running of a busy and successful team and you will be responsible for a wide range of general administration and accounts duties to ensure the smooth running of our office.
We are looking for a self-motivated tech-savy professional with a head for numbers and proven experience in a similar role. It is essential you have the ability to multi-task and a high level of accuracy.
